don't get me started on adverbs either too,

or the Nouns, pronouns, subjective completion

never liked English Grammar I tell you

O and those dangling participles, O My

my creativity in writing takes a back seat

trying to figure out each little step,

doesn't make poetry seem all that neat

Still for those of you who wax eloquently

on the proper use for the English verse,

to each his own, I'll  just stay as I am,

lest I end up too early in a forgotten hearse

I'll let poetry strike me without warning

like a sexy woman on a starlit night,

creating a melody from my soul to my pen,

let my wordless Muse without warning squeeze me tight
