She Remembered Forever, My Summer Wishes By Handsum-Hart
May the playful ladybugs of June Play with the little girl Crying inside of her And clothe her In their adorable Red and black polka dot attire
May the suns of July Honor her before the world By giving birth to a baby day-star And naming it after her And letting her raise it In her motherly sky
May the dog days of August Bite her moon Reminding her What a pretty fox she is And I am the hound dog Enamored with her scent And always in pursuit Of her foxy tail
Dear readers, this is my third book of poems, and inside are a special collection of what have turned out to be not only MY personal favorites, but also the favorites of many of YOU. Some of these have never been available in print before...
Nice poem, Ronald.
