Kids, they smell like bubble gum
and grape candy-
Their faces are dirty-
but they think that's dandy.

They run around and laugh and play-
Sometimes it's funny to hear what they say.

Usually they'll give you
a smile or two-
That helps to cheer up-
when feeling blue.

It's so fun to listen
to their gay little shouts-
But sad to see them-
when they cry and pout.

Wonderful kids that we do see-
Are the reflection of you and me.
