A spiritual voyage,
An overwhelming pilgrimage,
Where all muslms come together,
For the sake of Allah,
From every race and colour,
Different social background,
Rich and poor,
Old and young,
Far and near,
Arabia, Africa, Asia,
America, Europe, Australia,
All become one in Mecca,
A mere pilgrim in white robe,
Kneeling before Allah,
Chanting "Labbayk Allahuma Labbayk",
And tears roll down every cheek,
In an atmosphere so intense,
Crowded with energy,
And Devout prayer,
As hearts beat in unity,
With excitement plenty,
Hajj, a duty for every muslim,
To experience,
And feel the unique oneness.
