Entities drifting

Along in an ocean with the others

Following the tides and currents

Turbulent storms cause some to drown

Some exert energy and break free of the pack

They brave the reefs and crashing surf

Some even make it to solid ground

Only to find that they can no longer swim

Others learn to adapt and stand up

Of these some continue onwards upwards

They climb the mountains and yearn to go higher

Some slide back down the mountain

Finding a place of safety from the climb

Some make it to the top

But they wont be there long

Still others help each other to find happiness

These are the ones who really succeed.
