Well as long as I am stable in my faith of God, it truly doesn't matter what others seem to believe. Their words of rebuttal will not falter the way I feel and/or serve my Lord.

Are there any other religions or credos that speak of receiving EVERYTHING that pertains to immortality, wisdom and what it means to be fully alive and functioning by Grace and through a Gift that is imparted? What is it about the human mind that has to EARN everything for itself? I think this is the biggest stumbling block to the Gospel of Jesus Christ... if we can't "do it for ourselves" or "understand it with our minds" it becomes discredited as worthless. Also, the Christian faith rests on a living and interactive personal relationship with Christ, no? Not primarily on the ability to stick to rules and learn enough; again, seemingly an anathema to our natural independence and self-government. Personally, I believe that Jesus is God incarnate; that having "seen" Him at work in my life, I have experienced the Godhead and know the Father. That is my experience. We all live by whatever is in our hearts. Who can ever "prove" the substance and existance of love, yet who would deny it is the power that drives each individual on the face of the earth - or the lack of it. I don't want to go on...but know I am!! I can accept that Truth is as you say because I have tasted it and know it for myself. The leap of faith and trust is easy once you have stepped out and find the waters become concrete under your feet. Bless you for this. The more I know, the less I know and the more God becomes bigger and more omnipotent as I realise my "smallness" and the finite-ness of my own ability to comprehend. Must stop... but... this gets my vote!! :)) Seeing is not believing; understanding is not believing. There is no substitute for the believing that is ... believing!! LOL Kate xx

Very well thought out poetry. Comes at a time when there is an Italian court who is going to take up the argument of whether there ever was a God or not. Kinda boggles the mind. God is faith. God is all. I hope these idiots realized how warm they are going to become after they become room temperature.

Interesting and intiguing write Janet that does not command but offers hope that the readers may open their eyes and explore the possibilities.

It always amazes me how other religions, theosophies, occult,etc expect us to believe that they can receive the power of enlightenment, yet we who believe in a "God Breathed World" cannot! I'm happy to know not all feel that way, but far too many do.You are spot on with your observations! Kudo's! I'll accept all, but follow the way of the savior, and let God be the judge!
