Fermented Love

Love, you can't live without it...

Fermented Love…

My love in a bottle it was stored,

On a wine rack nothing more,

Too use when someday I found it necessary,

Using it now, I love to my core…

Fermented love does age with grace,

Like brandy in a bottle from a year with no trace,

Its use an appropriate storybook embrace,

There for me to use and never to replace…

My love does not smell bad, as with fermented cheese,

It keeps me warm at night, no need have I to freeze,

Even when the person that I love is not present,

I feel her love in the breeze through the trees…
