This MIGHT be a continuing saga as the saga becomes more apparent...

Poem Artwork

He was quite young the first time,
He didn’t know how then to kill,
He had not had time as yet to hone his skill,
Then bury that which he did kill in lime…

His first kill was that of a defenseless animal,
He was likely around the age of twelve,
His parents said he had lost his sanity,
Given the time he would have turned into a cannibal…

Nothing more did he in life really kill,
Except his self-respect & his general sense of self,
He did after a time begin to loathe himself,
But he didn’t stop what made him feel that way,
In point of fact he did his nasty deeds more frequently,
As he got older he became as well more bold,
And he treated the world and everyone more than cold,
His life was neither light nor dark, just mostly a dark grey…

It sure looks like habits that start early are hard to break. In the case of serial killers, it becomes hardwired and you're right, probably quite gray.

You wouldn't have anyone in mind would you?

It's so sad to get bogged down by early events, especially when they colour the rest of our lives. He should have forgiven himself long a go for the death of that animal. Okay so killing was wrong ...but he was just a boy, who learned a valuable lesson.

Inherent Chaos by Terry Vinson

The fortunate inherit riches, prestige, positive notoriety. Those not so lucky bear legacies filled with poverty, infamy or, worse yet, the unhinged insanity and murderous urges of their ancestors.

Between TIME and TERROR lies... 'THE WITCHING HOUR'. Twenty-eight terror tales in all. 'Night Gallery' meets 'Creepshow'...on steroids....

In the End: Apocalyptic Poetry by Debra Kraft

In the end they'll all be dancin'--all them ones that didn't die.... Dance with me in the shadows amidst the lightning and the thunder, and all that nu-cu-lar debris. See the big bang from the other side, and then open that cellar door. Go down into
