A protest poem.

'The Twitter in the White House'

The frenzy of the fingers,

Rapping the keys of disorder

The random thoughts that spill,

The fevered impulses of the dotard

The stable genius of instability,

The grasper of greed

The epic liar of reality,

Who feeds his worshipping base

The spite and malice of a tyrant,

Who must control the message

He has the power to abuse,

The world with all his wants

The finger on the trigger,

Ready to explode

The raging bellicose bellows,

Of a bull at bay who craves

The ultimate of everything,

The masses who must obey

He'll have a full blown tantrum,

And throw his toys away

The cringing servants who beg,

The crumbs he throws their way

As he huddles over the keys,

To twitter the world away

This was an excellent protest poem that captures perfectly what's going on right now. The one thing that I don't understand, and bothers me the most is the blind loyalty of Trump's base. It's a mystery to me. At a recent Trump rally 2 men were seen wearing matching t-shirts that said, "I'd rather be Russian than a democrat." How crazy can the right wing get?
