A flight, a fantasy, an poetic expression of dreams.

'When dreams take flight'

Let the candle light,

The dark redeeming night

When all the world lies sleeping,

And our wildest dreams take flight

There'll come another morrow born,

Where wit and fancy lie forlorn

And reality is cast,

On a cold and weary past

The dancing hours were sweet,

The moon will not repeat

The maddest moments in the night,

To the jaundiced day

If only our sun lit days could be,

So ever-lasting wild and free

As our journeys of the night,

When all the world lies sleeping

Yes! The magic of the night that often seems as though it must be endless. However, it always ends with the dawn that sweeps the wild dreams away. Beautifully done!

Your dreams sound like wonderful experiences to behold. I think I'll have to take a nightcap of what you're drinking. I have been flying in my dreams lately. But it is more like flying off the bed and being unable to guide my course, usually landing on some small, helpless critter or child and squashing it.

Questions, unquestioned discoveries, and answers in parable and rhyme…. This collection records a journey starting with a 1960s retrospective and the first man on the moon, moving to a new millennium welcomed in with a terrorist spin, family crises,
