Verse Four The tree relents the leaves fall why? You say it is the tree I say it is the wind Which is the cause and which the effect? Without the tree, no leaves Without the wind, they do not fall A paradox? Hardly, you say... Without the wind, the tree stands tall Everyone can see it Without the tree, show me the wind.
