The saints had to work at it-
Their temptations were like yours and mine.
It takes a strong will power and a love of God
Above all else, that helped them overcome.
When we let out minds explore
The many riches God has sent us.
It is then we can become more saintly,
Though we might not think so.
It's a day in day out process
Finding time to give to God.
There are more excuses than prayers
For why we neglect talking to Him.
You don't have to make a sound
Just lift your mind to God.
He can take you places to rest
That you never dreamed before.

What the bible calls them the comforter
John 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever...
One does not have to openly yell, Spirit always hears us and knows our own heart :)
