The only pole I believe in
Is the one my dog pee's on.
It's accurate every day
And gives much relief to my pup.
He knows why it's there;
Nobody fools him one bit.
No 15 second sound byte
Leads him to this pole.
It's accurate and trustworthy
And my dog salutes it each day.
No substitutions, it's there every morn,
Waiting for his deposit.
But come election day
Us humans will have our say.
Fooled once but not twice,
A new face for a new day.
