If I had a goat

Somebody would get it.

Passive of thought,

But not of anger.

Brooding dosen't help,

Live and let live.

My anger is brief

And that's a relief.

Lost sleep is a result

Of going to bed upset.

So where possible,

I iron out difficulties.

Why should an untruth

Gain in popularity?

Rest assured in the end

It amounts to a hill of beans.

I climbed a hill of beans once. The beans kept sliding and I kept losing my balance until I figured out that I would have to eat them. So I cooked a pot. After I ate the beans, the hill disappeared, but a new problem arose in the gas.

Misunderstandings often cause unrest
too often people brood and let it cook
Too often much is taken as a personal insult...
Then a soul just lets it cook more and simmer...
Tisn't good and many can get our "goat" if we allow them to...
The idea is to look at the soul and who they are, then we can
just smile and laugh at the ridiculous of them... Knowing they
aren't worth that hill of beans eh?

Sage advice George as you always do... always best to
"Iron out difficulties" :)

Budd said it for me.. only truth and love last...and as you said in the end all the 'junk' amounts to nothing more than a hill of beans

well said & that's exactly so George
it don't amount to "A Hill Of Beans"
it's a wonderful blessing to let go of
angry feelings. Anger is a thief of JOY
