Burst once more into flames?
Can a love once recalled
Ever fade from my mind again?
Can a leaf now fallen
From its tree of life;
Be united again to the branch
From which it departed?
A water fall goes in one direction,
Is not a disputable fact.
Death is an undertaking
Befalling of all alive.
Smile, for the day is shorter,
And your happiness will be prolonged.
This is a fact to ponder,
When you open the door to life.
