Passing the torch, To a waiting hand. Hoping in the darkness, It will light the way. Many have carried it, And many have fallen too. Through the years Their blood has been shed. But the torch of freedom, Is worth the price, That many still pay, With their sacrifice.

I afraid, George, that a lot has changed since
the Statue of Liberty holding high the torch
provided a light for those seeking freedom
and having been drawn to the shores of American
Promise Land.
Today, many presumed "needy", "rejected somewhere else"
...welcomed in West....distract the World/ American
freedom.
Hope that...today's torch of freedom will offer light
as a triumph of foreign darkness...not it's victim.
