Eternal Optimist

Maybe tomorrow I'll meet  people

And make some friends anew.

The new day is always promising,

At least I hope that's true .

We lose so many in life who were close,

That  finding others to replace them

Is not an easy thing to do and cultivate;

For good friends do not appear on a whim.

Hope is always a good trait to have,

As it leaves the promise of better days.

Not much is guranteed in life,

I've heard a number of people say.

Guess I'm an eternal optimist,

Even though I've been fooled.

There is always some good in people,

That keeps me from having to retool.

Yes, we lose friends and relatives many ways. Remain open to the new friends......there is a reason for them to appear.

Love ya!
