The last drop of a thought Is what lingered, Lasting through the night. It took many shapes In the shadows, Where dreams escaped me. Faintly a light appeared- A firefly dancing To music unborn. Sleep is so precious To a tired mind That seeks its solace. Maybe tomorrow, When night is done, I'll grasp the meaning.
