Desperate were the moments, As I fell from the cliff. Many thoughts flooded my mind, As in my grave I lay stiff. Seconds were like hours, As my life passed before me. Can't undo a thing that I did, Just hope for God's mercy.

Wow! This was great!

Your poem triggered a moment in time when I fell off of the Marine Park Bridge in New York.

I thought my life was over as I fumbled down.

The thoughts those last few seconds stay with me even today..

I was at peace knowing all was well..

I did not think I would see hell, but that's just the beginning....

Amen!
