The morning has begun
And I'm wide awake.
The key board stares at me
For some unknown sake.
Thoughts are missing,
But have no fear.
These are just blank moments,
Happens every year.
No sense in prolonging,
While waiting for my muse.
I'll just get along without him
And drum up words I use.
Beats the daylights
When words appear,
Cause I'm pretty dumb.
But be of good cheer.
