Where Is Poetic Justice

Poets are supposed to see

The evil in the world and expose it.

Some wrap themselves like a frankfuter

Around the evil rather than the good.

Such is the way the world has evolved,

Those that are along for the ride and those

That do the pushing to keep it revolving.

But unfortunately it becomes a merry go round.

Sure you have fun but the world is the same

When  the merry go round stops and lets you off.

Are you in life for the ride or to contribute to it?

The anachist would like it both ways and contributes nothing.

Good write George. We all need to write about how tough life truly can be and pass it down to the family and friends. God Bless...

powerful substance, George ... poets are suppose to expose thought not suppress it because it doesn't fit their scenario ...

I'd like to say that God has sent us into this world for a purpose. Each one of us hold a special value in the least. Regardless of whether we are riders on the merry-go-round, or being the pushers that push it, we each will have contributed something into this world in the least.
