Forty days seems so short Especially when no thought is given. Why do we fast and pray, Seems we can do that any day? But Jesus showed us the way By His example in the desert. Seems as if God fasted, And was tempted also. Why should we not Follow His example? Hunger is known to many, Should we not know hunger for God?
