Placing a thought between words
That are left in the barn yard
Of a memory that has not faded,
But time seems to remove any doubts.
There are moments I like to bask in the sun
And receive a tan but not a burn that hurts.
Walking around in skin so white, appear to be sick.
Well that's just the opinion of an old duffer.
A little sun can't hurt if you just get a tan
And not let the sun penetrate to where it hurts.
Have had that happen as a kid and still remember
Going to bed and not finding a good side to lay on.
As you can see, this little poem struck home.

I too when younger worked slowly WORKED on my tan
wanted to look healthier going to bed at night smelling
like fresh noxima.... the best cream for soothing sunburn then
Peace be with you
