I wish more people had the courage to say no. I work with alot of these people and sometimes it gets very stressful.

... yes, moderation is the key, G. But you can get kinda high on the ability to hold resolve, I'm finding, having adopted a no-wheat-no-caffeine-no-dairy-no-or-only-a-small-glass-of-alcohol diet over the past few months to try to shift this chronic fatigue. So pleased you chose your wonderful wife over the demon drink, though, thank Heavens. You therefore have no regrets. Stay strong and well, dear friend. xx

I like Bacardi light, it mixes well with orange juice… As does Jim Beam for a different flavor.

For reason of taste only, I said, "no," to beer when I was a teenager. That made me an outcast among my fellow Wisconsinites, all trying for the biggest beer belly they could get. I credit my trim torso to never drinking beer.

In the meantime, a glass of wine at dinner, is very fine.

As for your taste in beer, from what I can tell, it never slowed you down.
