I became lost in the maze

Of descriptive nuances.

Likened to a path in a woods,

Where I wander seeking escape.

Never placing a marker,

Always going in circles.

Soon my hunger came to me,

As my tired feet began to swell.

Walking has led me astray and lost

In a woods that would claim my life.

My bones may one day be found

And next to them will lie the finder.

He too became lost and died-

Adding to the bones of the wanderer.
