I marked a line
That I shall not cross.
It leads to illusions
Where bad dreams get tossed.
And as I lie
Beneath the covers
That hide my thoughts,
I dare to venture beyond.
I walk the steps
That others have walked.
I smell the air
That has a wiff of perfume.
It is there I dally
Amongst my dreams.
