I have laid with the foxes,

Ran with the wolves.

Had tea with nobility

And knew of their loves.

Yet the mind of man

Is as elusive as a fox

And as cunning as any wolf

That I have ever seen.

There are the backstabbers,

Who gain your confidence

And then exploit your weaknesses,

To whom ever will listen,

Are yes, life is worth living,

If we look to those above.

They have run the races,

But their hearts were full of love.
