We took a hike in the woods
And before long became lost.
Our compass was our only hope
But we found it was missing.
We only had a days rations,
But we made it stretch to three.
Water was our main concern,
As it was rationed from day one.
We were in survival mode,
Reading the moss on the trees.
Hunger began to set in, thirst also
Became a major concern.
Suddenly we heard loud yells,
Excitement swelled our tied bones.
A breakthrough was found
And our saga of being lost was over.
Love ya!
