In the thoughts of life

That have no meaning.

I wander amongst

Those that have become lost.

Who is to conspire against me

When I'm but a poor old fool?

There is no money to be had,

Nor possessions to acquire.

Yet in my simplicity I'm rich

To those around me.

They see I'm content

And are jealous my worries are few.

You are a man both admired and loved, dear George - let alone envied! Would we all treasure that which you have found: the riches in simplicity and the joy of inner contentment. As always, spot on. Kate xx

It's too bad for those who are jealous. You are very rich indeed because you are content. There is nothing more precious than that.

Love ya!
