If you're still doing it at your age, I would say that's what's keeping you so young!
And this could be a memory of mine because long before I learned how to swim, I was so skinny it was very easy for me to stay underwater. Only I did it in swimming pools, not at the beach or in the murky waters of lakes and rivers in those days. And, while I loved to fool people by popping up far from where I went in, I never upended people because I thought it was hurtful to those who couldn't swim very well and were scared of drowning.
