Lost are my thoughts, Like dreams forgotten. I lived amongst them, In my world of sleep. But once awakened, They seem to go away. But in my sleepy mind, One night they may stay.

One night they may stay, only in the morning to go away. I often have those thoughts, too. Sure glad I don't keep them all.
