Though some do.

I try to jot down an incident,

And then write a poem about it.

It can be pure fiction

Or a reality I have seen.

Just make up words

To visualize the event.

Drafting a poem from memory

Is rarely ever done.

It is made up as I write;

You read it first hand.

Nothing clever or difficult,

Just some words bandied about.

Some times it makes sense,

And is called a poem.
