It is the season to be happy,

Let nothing cause you dismay.

The little Lord Jesus

Is coming your way.

O let the light of Bethlehem

Shine on us these holy days.

Let the spirit of Christmas

Be in our hearts, we pray.

Old wounds should be covered

And healed as we pray.

For Christ our Savior

Would have it no other way.
