Calming the intense desires That beset an old man. Looking for the bright side That at times is not seen. There amongst your thoughts, Lies the desires sought. It is thru introspection sought That hidden desires are released. Seems too simplistic at times, When all thoughts fail to produce. Then I'm left to become absorbed In other than myself and seek a life.
