I molded the moments

To fit my remorse.

Happinesas is so fleeting-

You must contain it in your heart.

When the skies of light shone

Upon our happier days,

We were content and resourceful

In all that we pursued on earth.

But once the skies were cloudy,

We seemed to lose our way.

Labor our thoughts with solutions

To pursue the unknown without light.

Eh . . . It seems, at time, the darkness comes more often than the light.
