Memories

She caught my eye

As she walked bye.

Filled out nicely,

All I could do was sigh.

 

I managed a weak hello

And she just smiled.

I had to know her better

So I aked her for a date.

 

To my surprise she accepted.

It was the beginning of a long

Friendship and then marriage.

Left now with just memories.
