Who Is This Being?

I was transported back in time.

Saw the years go slowly by.

Then I was at home, strange at first.

The faces seemed like ones I've seen.

 

Took awhile to understand what happened.

And a lot longer to deal with the old.

No cars or airplanes, nothing at all.

Just a wilderness for me to explore.

 

The voices I heard were unlike mine.

They came from the people I met.

They were as confused as I.

Who is this new being in front of us?
