If you but bring one soul to God,

Your seat in heaven awaits you.

If you but call on the Lord,

Never tire, as He hears you every time.

Don't be discouraged but persevere,

Always asking for God's help.

It is in asking we receive

And in doing, we reach the Lord.

Left to our own devices,

Heaven would be a long climb.

It takes many prayers to reach our goal,

Don't dispair, Heaven awaits the stout hearted.
