I combined the essence of youth With the knowledge of old age. Seems they can fit together As long as you don't turn the page. Stay within your limitations But let your knowledge free. We can rise on an occasion, When its time for our seeds to flow. Even in an advanced age, Our youth can overflow. There is no containg seed, Once we let ourselves go.

We all need to, "let ourselves go." Childhood innocence is good at any age. Like you wrote, we just have to let it out.
