They say there is an art to forgetting.
But I forget how it goes.
It starts with knowing
And then losing your grip.
Small matters seem left behind,
Only to be forgotten soon enough.
Can't seem to hold a thought in my head,
Only in a matter of time it is gone.
I thought I'd explain how it happens,
In a brief explanation of sorts.
At best it was so long, I skipped it,
You won't miss reading it at all.
thought provoking read
