A Pain

I cannot sit for long

As it gives me a pain.

My bottom gets sore

And soon it reaches my brain.

 

I have to get up

And move around.

It relieves the pain

From the bottom up.

 

Now I understand the expression,

He's a pain in the ass.

It aptly describes

Someone who really bothers you.

Find a hobby that requires standing. Start a cactus terrarium or something. You get hooked on it.
