It seemed like a small change,

Just a blemish removed here and there.

As nobody recognized her anymore.

How can such a small change do this?

I've asked myself a dozen times.

In reality it didn't make any sense,

Yet in totality it was a major change.

She is a different person now.

Her outlook on life has changed.
