There is no night
When Christ is not there.
He lends himself in thought
When you least are aware.
There is nothing on this earth
That His hand has not touched.
The very air you breathe
Doesn't seem like very much.
But with God the simple is divine.
He tries not to confuse us
So simplicity is what He aims for
And we just gobble it up.
O Lord when we are tired
And seem to have forgotten You.
Will You give us a little nudge
Or if You have to, a big shove.
Love ya!
