Can it be time for make believe?
I have to think maybe so.
Time to make up a story
That never happened years ago.
Left at the gate like a race horse,
Who never broke clean.
Just startled when the gate opened,
But failed to get in the race.
Never the less the race goes on.
I'm but a poor writer, struggling
To put a thought together
And call it a poem.
Love ya!

Oh, I think you do have stories to tell. Perhaps your memory or your upbringing prevents you from writing the juicy stuff in story form. So, it appears that you are stuck in the realm of writing a poem every day even though some days you can't think of anything to write about anymore. That's why I only write one poem a week. And even at that, I find myself writing the same poem I wrote 10 years ago again. Stories of my life are unending and I've still got a lot of them to tell that I haven't yet--both nasty and good--hurray!
