Though the sun always shines
And graces each new day.
Only clouds can obstruct it
From shinning ever new.
I like the warmth it gives me
On a bitter cold winter's day.
Or when I awake in the morning
And see the sun's rays in my room.
It also brings out the children,
Who eagerly run around and play.
As a kid, I didn't know it was a blessing,
To have the sun warm me, as I played.
Love ya!
