Do I need to tell you
That love needs a companion?
Can one kiss a marble wall
And be satisfied with its warmth?
Can its lack of arms sustain you
Or is its lack a turn off?
One needs to be held by a lover,
That they will feel this mutual affection.
Let us not banter but share
The love in our hearts.
We will then rise to the occasion,
When all else is within us.
