I was in a race,
The prize was life.
We all were lined up waiting
For the whistle to be blown.
Off we went at the sound,
Running faster than I've known.
Suddenly I fell, the race now over.
Lying on the ground, not another sound.
What a helpless feeling,
When I was trying my best.
Pick yourself up, life still goes on.
Be you the first to win or come in last.
Love ya!
