There seems to be a clown,

Who resides within us.

How many times does he come out?

We play the fool,

Just to get a laugh.

Even when we are joking.

Oh let that fool inside,

Show his painted face;

And give someone, a belly laugh.

I'm a firm believer in the healing power of humor. Just keep laughing.

Laughter is good for one's health. Every time I think of something funny, I want to share it. Have you noticed that comedians like George Burns and Bob Hope live a long time? I believe it's because of the humor in their lives and the joy they bring to others.

I like to make people laugh and don't need to be a clown to do so. All I have to do is show my face and people always break out in laughter...-e-

So true! Sometimes the clown is laughing on the outside but crying on the inside. Love and peace,

Regis
