Rounding up a few loose thoughts,

As I sit, trying to think of something

To write that is not just more dribble.

Sometimes I'm good at that, not today.

The news is not very encouraging.

Just more of the same old stuff.

So and so got married and Johnny Jones

Left for the Army, along with other friends.

Can a fool ask a foolish question?

Seems it's been done before.

Who in their right mind goes to war,

And does not loose it in the end?
