 I met a wonderful woman

Who seemed to like me also.

Been so long I've not been with a gal,

That I've lost my glib tongue.

 

She was so sweet and kind,

Almost as if she knew me.

Her charms overwelmed me.

Will she be my new love?

Anything is possible. I have an 81-year-old friend (well, 82 by now since his birthday was in March), and we have a lot in common we can make good conversation. Anything from politics to entertainment. But we are not in a love relationship, just friendship.
